What /exactly/ does this switch do? What are the consequences of making an instance a single-user system? Is there any documentation on that somewhere out there?

@pasjrwoctx👽 Late response, but thanks for the comment. I .. am still a bit confused to understand what exactly happens if I do that, apart from not being able to add more users (which I could be doing too by locking down registration). Also, I'm not sure if anything bad will happen in case I do that on an existing instance...🙈
