A long day, still there's a remainder of sunlight floating above the horizon and the river, and the neighbours seem to care little about this weekend coming to a close. Windows opened wide, here and there. Not that this does amount to some real effect but at least it makes the neighbourhood feel closer, more vivid, more present and does its own share of distraction that's anything but unwelcome.
