Please have a look into the logfile for such a warning. Then have a look for the value if "worker_id" in the same line. This will be a string like "bd24ce3". Then filter the log for that text. There you hopefully will find some more lines that will explain the reason behind.

Search for the string 414958b that's the worker-id in that specific case.

Which loglevel do you have enabled?
