(Also, I'm ... quite torn here. This is the "old" CampSnap version 101, bought in summer of 2024. This version has some rather strong limitations compared to the recent versions, especially when it comes to picture quality in bright daylight. And now I'm left with considering staying with this toy for the few use cases it covers - or buying a new, better one which fixes these aspects, rendering a device obsolete that has just seen little more than one year of more-or-less intense usage. It's not that much a matter of price - it's much more that these devices essentially are manufactured in a rather cheap way and they're "cheap enough" to not too much bother buying yet another one ... but at the moment, I'm quite strictly going for the first approach, unwilling to add to the pile of digital waste we already leave behind every day anew, and the same feeling more than just slightly ... dissatisfied with this kind of "business"(?) model again.)
